➢ Cancellations are to be received in writing 30 days prior to the event. A cancellation fee of $150.00 will apply.
➢ All Vendors commit to open during set hours – All vendors must be on time for set-up.
➢ All vendors must provide their own set-up such us: tent, tables and chairs (weights tohold tents down are a must)
➢ All vendors must have a Mississauga Vendor Permit specific for this event. We will get one for you include $54.00 with your space fee. Unless you have a Mississauga Business License you don’t require a permit but must provide a copy of the license
➢ All vendors may drive into the park to unload their vehicle, once unloaded vehicles must go park at the Parking lot.
➢ Vendors will be required to maintain their area clean as well as to clean up at the end of the event.➢ Can Jam Festival West Inc. reserve the right to pick and choose the vendor as well as to limit the number of vendors and choose appropriate location according to vendor’s needs.
Please make sure to read all the rules and regulations before signing the agreement, space is limited so please submit your application as soon as possible.
Applications without payment or signed Waiver Agreement, will are not considered complete and priority will be given to complete applications.
