At Beast Body Fitness, our number one concern is you achieving your health and fitness goals. If for some reason you are cancelling your membership, please know that we will miss you being a part of our fitness family, and we wish you all the best on your fitness journey!
ALL CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE 22ND OF EACH MONTH.
This form is REQUIRED to process any cancellations or changes to your account. Beast Body Fitness does not accept emails for cancellation or verbal cancellations / changes to account. All changes and cancellations must be made by the 22nd of each month to go into effect by the next bill cycle on the 1st of the month. Cancellations result in a $25 cancellation fee. If you are cancelling a 12 month contract, the cancellation fee is $25 / month for the remaining months due on your contract as stated in the policy.
Any and all changes or cancellations after the 22nd of the month will not go into effect until the following month's account change bill cycle and you will still be billed for service fees incurred. (For example: A cancellation received by the 21st will bill a $25 cancellation fee and membership cancelled on the last day of that month. A cancellation received after the 22nd will bill another month's member fee and a $25 cancellation fee). Breach of 12 month contracts will result in additional fees.
You will receive a confirmation email once changes have been made to your account. Please note changes to your account can take 7-10 business days.
