PES PTO Student Information Form
The PES PTO is a 501c3 organization that is separate from Pomperaug Elementary School. This gives us some autonomy for events and fundraising, but also means that student information can not be freely shared between the school and the PTO. Wherever you are learning, we hope you can take a few moments to share your contact information so that room parents and the PTO can get in touch with your family through the year.

Would you like to volunteer as room parent? *
A room parent acts as a liaison between the PTO and their child's class, and may help the teacher organize some limited classroom activities. This year, we anticipate room parents' involvement will be entirely virtual as non-essential volunteers will not be permitted in school.
Can this information be shared in your child's class list? *
The class list is created by room parents to share contact information only with other families in the class. Information is shared in the spirit of fostering classroom friendships and communication.
Can this information be shared in the student directory? *
The student directory is a school-wide book that enables parents to arrange activities for children across classrooms.
