**Taste Of India 2020 Cultural Program Rules available at https://cciva.org/taste-of-india must be reviewed entirely before submitting the form and fees.
**Form and Fee must be submitted by March 1st 11:59PM to avoid late fee.
**Each entry requires a separate Form and Fee.
**General Entry Fee: $15 non-refundable fee due at the time of Registration.
**Late Registration: $20 additional non-refundable fee will be charged to register from March 2nd 12:00am until March 13th 11:59pm EST.
**Pay online via paypal at https://cciva.org/taste-of-india
**No Changes will be allowed contents of the General Entry form after March 13th 2019.
**ALL REGISTRATION CLOSES MARCH 13th at 11:59PM EST.
