The Youth Climate Impact Community, under the National Youth Climate Consortium (NYCC) is a collaborative space for grassroots young leaders across India, offering a platform to discuss ideas, share best practices, co-create solutions, and amplify climate action.
NYCC Community is created to address the fragmented nature of youth climate advocacy in India, ensuring a unified voice, stronger networks, and collective impact.
The Youth Climate Impact Community is centered around youth-led movement-building and constitutes of state-focused local chapters. With local chapters across each State & UT, the community will
- conduct on-ground climate actions within their communities
- build youth-led advocacy efforts with their local stakeholders
- strengthen partnerships with youth groups across the nation
- collaborate with stakeholders, youth-focused NGOs, national and international organisations
- participate in webinars, convenings and thematic challenges
- receive national and international opportunities at one platform
- self-organise and mobilize to create impact locally
National Youth Climate Consortium
National Youth Climate Consortium (NYCC) is a youth-led collective effort empowering grassroot leaders, working at the intersection of climate change and cross-cutting issues. The Consortium aims to strengthen grassroots youth-led networks, organisations and individuals in catalysing their existing efforts on climate action and promoting their consistent, meaningful and effective participation. The consortium is developed with the support of YuWaah-UNICEF and operationalized by Bring Back Green Foundation.
Who can apply?
Young people aged between 18 and 35 years old, and passionate about creating a difference in their community.

राष्ट्रीय युवा जलवायु संघ (NYCC) के अंतर्गत युवा जलवायु प्रभाव समुदाय, भारत भर के जमीनी स्तर के युवा नेताओं के लिए एक सहयोगात्मक मंच है, जो विचारों पर चर्चा करने, सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं को साझा करने, समाधान मिलकर तैयार करने और जलवायु कार्रवाई को सशक्त बनाने का अवसर प्रदान करता है। NYCC समुदाय भारत में युवा जलवायु वकालत की बिखरी हुई प्रकृति को संबोधित करने के लिए बनाया गया है, ताकि एकजुट आवाज़, मजबूत नेटवर्क और सामूहिक प्रभाव सुनिश्चित हो सके।
युवा जलवायु प्रभाव समुदाय युवा-नेतृत्व वाले आंदोलन-निर्माण पर केंद्रित है और इसमें राज्य-केंद्रित स्थानीय अध्याय शामिल हैं। प्रत्येक राज्य और केंद्रशासित प्रदेश में स्थानीय अध्यायों के साथ, समुदाय
- अपने समुदायों के भीतर जमीनी स्तर पर जलवायु संबंधी कार्रवाइयाँ करेगा
- अपने स्थानीय हितधारकों के साथ युवा-नेतृत्व वाले पैरवी प्रयासों का निर्माण करेगा
- देशभर के युवा समूहों के साथ साझेदारी को मजबूत करेगा
- हितधारकों, युवाओं पर केंद्रित गैर-सरकारी संगठनों, राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय संगठनों के साथ सहयोग करेगा
- वेबिनार, सम्मेलनों और विषयगत चुनौतियों में भाग लेगा
- एक ही मंच पर राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय अवसर प्राप्त करेगा
- स्थानीय स्तर पर प्रभाव पैदा करने के लिए स्वयं संगठित होगा और लोगों को संगठित करेगा

राष्ट्रीय युवा जलवायु संघ (NYCC) एक युवा-नेतृत्व वाला सामूहिक प्रयास है, जो जमीनी स्तर के नेताओं को सशक्त बनाता है और जलवायु परिवर्तन तथा उससे जुड़े विभिन्न मुद्दों के संगम पर कार्य करता है। इस संघ का उद्देश्य जमीनी स्तर के युवा-नेतृत्व वाले नेटवर्क, संगठनों और व्यक्तियों को जलवायु कार्रवाई में उनके मौजूदा प्रयासों को गति देने तथा उनकी निरंतर, सार्थक और प्रभावी भागीदारी को बढ़ावा देने में सशक्त बनाना है। यह संघ YuWaah-UNICEF के सहयोग से विकसित और Bring Back Green Foundation द्वारा संचालित किया गया है।
कौन आवेदन कर सकता है?
18 से 35 वर्ष की आयु के युवा, जो अपने समुदाय में बदलाव लाने के लिए उत्साही हों।
