Active at Home follow up survey
At the beginning of this year, Get Yourself Active focused its efforts on supporting Disabled people to be active at home during the pandemic. This included creating our own accessible videos created from research with Disabled people and people with long term health conditions, as well as creating a new section of our website to house a variety of resources from other organisations.
We would now like to follow up with Disabled people to find out how useful this work has been and to plan how to support individuals moving forward. The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete - thank you for your time and we really appreciate and value your feedback. All information submitted in this survey will be kept confidential. The data will be used for research purposes only and will not be used in a manner which would allow identification of your individual responses.
