I agree that all elevator bookings are to be made at least five (5) business days before the moving date.

I understand that management may be unable to make and confirm bookings made at least five (5) business days in advance.

Cancellation of elevator bookings must be submitted in writing to the Management Office by two (2) business days before the booking. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged.

Once the move has been completed, provided no damage or loss was incurred to the condominium's common elements, the Property Manager will instruct the individual who placed the reservation to cancel the e-transfer so that the deposit is returned in a timely manner. If any damage is caused to the common elements of the condominium, including the doors, walls, floors, elevators, etc., it will be the responsibility of the resident who booked the elevator. In this case, the $250.00 deposit will not be returned.

I agree that I will be held liable for any damages that may occur due to the use of the elevator by me or my agents. If damage is incurred to the common elements of the condominium due to activity during this reservation, the registered unit owner shall be severally responsible to the Corporation for the cost of repairing any such damage. This includes the doors, hallways, floors, elevators, and exterior portions of suite doors. Residents who breach the Elevator Booking and Moving rules are subject to forfeiture of the security deposit.

It is understood and agreed that the moving times must be adhered to strictly.

I agree to advise the management office after the completion of the move so that an inspection can be completed and the elevator pads may be removed from the elevator.

If I fail to advise the management office at the time of completion, I understand I will be responsible for any damages created after I complete my move.

The Corporation, Security, and Management are not responsible if the service elevator is unavailable for your move-in, move-out, or delivery due to technical breakdowns or other reasons beyond their control.
