LEAP Start-up Registration Form (Eastbourne)  
LEAP is a FREE business start-up programme available to Eastbourne Borough Council residents who are thinking of starting a new business. The programme is also open to businesses who have been trading less than 12 months. 

To register for the programme, you must complete the registration form below. You will then be contacted by a representative from Edeal who will discuss the next steps with you.

You must be over 18 years of age to register.

LEAP is delivered by Edeal in association with Eastbourne Borough Council. The programme is fully funded by the UK Government via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund; this intensive business support programme offers a series of workshops and seminars with dedicated support to complete a business plan. The best business plan submitted receives a £2,500 prize in the form of a grant to one lucky winner!
