VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM: NCNC UCC + Sankofa West Coast Regional Summit

Thank you for your interest in serving with the Sankofa Faith Children’s Initiative during the Western Regional Youth Summit 2026.

This three-day youth experience will take place alongside the Northern California Nevada Conference of the United Church of Christ and will provide spiritually grounded programming for children ages 5–17.

We anticipate welcoming 12–15 volunteers to support youth formation, logistics, hospitality, and program leadership. We highly encourage parent volunteers.

Please complete this brief form so we can learn more about you and your interest in serving our children.

The Sankofa Faith Children’s Initiative (SFCI) is a four-year initiative of the Y.A. Flunder Foundation, funded by the Lilly Endowment as part of their Nurturing Children Through Worship and Prayer Initiative. SFCI serves the children of The Fellowship of Affirming Ministries (TFAM) and its ecumenical partners by reimagining worship and prayer services with a focus on children.
