This Axe One Developer Program is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in the fifty (50) states in the United States (including the District of Columbia) or Canada and at least the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi), as of the ﬁrst date of submission of the Application.

This Program is open only to individuals (“Individuals”) who are legal residents and physically located in the fifty (50) states in the United States (including the District of Columbia) or Canada and at least the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi), as of the ﬁrst date of submission of the Application.
If selected you will be given access to purchase the Axe One pre-released to consumers and receive additional support in developing with our peripheral devices. Our AxeOne peripherals are 3D printed for our developer program. As we move to our final consumer version, our partners will receive them as free upgrades.
By completing this application you verify that all information is truthful to your knowledge. Pending our review and approval, our VR accessory, the "Axe One." will be provided to you for your own personal use and professional development.
You may not sell or transfer the AxeOne to any third party, including as a prize giveaway, without the express, written permission of Logic Grip Inc. Should you choose to post a photo or video that features any Logic Grip products including on any blog, website and/or social media channel, please abide by the following guidelines:
1. Your Review must be truthful and not misleading or deceptive. Your Review must reflect your honest opinion(s), finding(s), belief(s) and experience(s) based on your personal use or experience with the Logic Grip product.
2. By posting a Review, you agree that Logic Grip has the right to link to, re-publish, share and/or sue your Review, or any part thereof, in any manner and media, throughout the world, in perpetuity and may (but is not obligated to) attribute the Review to you (by using your name, or username) and/or the site(s) or platforms on which it was posted.
