L.A. Camp Fair 2018 - Summer Camps and Programs Camp Fair Registration Form: UCLA/ Thousand Oaks/Calabasas Camp Fair Events
Thank you for signing up for L.A. Camp Fair 2018! We are running three Camp Fairs located in highly affluent areas of greater Los Angeles with a high expected turnout of parents, families, and many new camper prospects for you.

If you're traveling from out of town and/or unfamiliar with the UCLA, Thousand Oaks, or Calabasas areas, you'll be glad to know families in all three areas are always on the lookout for new and exciting camps and programs each summer.

• Camp Fair Event #1: Sunday, March 11, at UCLA (12 to 3pm)
• Camp Fair Event #2: Saturday, April 14 at Conejo Creek North Park, Thousand Oaks (12 to 3pm)
• Camp Fair Event #3: Sunday, April 22 at AC Stelle Middle School, Calabasas (12 to 3pm)

By completing and submitting this Registration Form, you can register your camp to exhibit at one (1), two (2), or all three (3) Camp Fairs according to your preference.

• Exhibitor price for one Camp Fair: $275 before December 31; $325 thereafter
• Exhibitor price for two Camp Fairs: $525 before December 31; $625 thereafter
• Exhibitor price for three Camp Fairs: $775 before December 31; $925 thereafter

Here's a brief description of the various areas where the Camp Fairs are being held:

UCLA is located in the highly desirable area of West Los Angeles consisting of high-end cities and communities such as Westwood, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Glen, Beverlywood, Pacific Palisades, Miracle-Mile, Pico-Robertson, Century City, Cheviot Hills, Holmby Hills, Hollywood, West Hollywood, and the Fairfax and Melrose Districts of L.A., among others.

Thousand Oaks is located in the Conejo Valley encompassing northwestern Los Angeles County and southeastern Ventura County. This area is a hotbed for campers and families living in the surrounding communities of Westlake Village, Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Moorpark, and Newbury Park.

Calabasas is an extremely affluent community located in the western San Fernando Valley and Santa Monica Mountains directly adjacent to the upscale communities of Woodland Hills, West Hills, Hidden Hills, Agoura Hills, and Malibu while also being surrounded by well-to-do areas of Thousand Oaks, Oak Park, Tarzana, Encino, Northridge, Porter Ranch, Studio City, Burbank, Universal City, Sherman Oaks and others.

We anticipate all three Camp Fairs to sell out sooner rather than later, and we only have room for a limited number of camps. Last year we turned away 24 programs because they waited too long to sign up for the Camp Fairs. We don't want you to miss out, so we highly encourage you to sign up now while we still have space.

Optional Upgrades to Booth Location
The price(s) above reflect the normal December 15 Early Bird and regular Camp Fair rates to attend one, two, or all three Camp Fairs. The floor plan for all three events will be designed so attending families can easily find your booth no matter what. However, we understand some camps may want to upgrade their booth location(s) to be closer to the entry or exit doors or achieve other premium positioning. We have a limited number of available spots for such upgraded booth space. You can upgrade for $75 per Camp Fair. As long as you are seeing this option, we still have premium space available; we will remove this section of the form when premium spots sell out. Resource Table Options
If you can only make one or two Camp Fairs, or can't make any, we can distribute your brochures and materials to Camp Fair attendees anyway. The fee for this service will be $25 per Camp Fair. Please check the option (if any) you prefer below. We need to receive your materials at least one week prior to the Camp Fair. We will contact you with details of where and when to send your materials shortly.
