Organizations in western Mass. that are interested in requesting services from the Alliance should use the following form to initiate a service request. Each request will be reviewed by the appropriate Alliance representative and a follow-up discussion will take place.
While the services are intended to assist residents of the region, this form should only be completed by organizations seeking assistance on the behalf of residents.
Services include:
- Devices - laptops, Chromebooks, tablets or desktops
- Digital Skills training - workshops or train-the-trainer (this may include training for your organization's staff or volunteers)
