Please note special parade position, parking requirements or loading and unloading requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your individual needs. *there is a porta potty in the staging area. 
We do hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Washington State Transportation Commission, the Washington State Department of Transportation, the Washington State Patrol, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Quilcene School District, their officers, agents, and employees, the Quilcene Fair & Parade Association and its officers/members and agents, from all claims, demands, and causes of actions of every kind of whatsoever for any damage, loss, or injuries which may result from my participation in the Quilcene Fair & Parade, involving state highways, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen and agree to all the general rules of the parade. All participants are responsible for their own insurance for all entries. Please have proof of insurance with you available, only if asked.

General Rules
The following rules will be enforced:
* No alcohol
* For the safety of all onlookers, especially small children, NO CANDY/ITEMS can be TOSSED or THROWN on the parade route. 
* Please have walkers hand out any items or candy to the crowd. 
* Report any breakdown immediately. 
* No burnouts. - You will be asked to leave the line and could receive a ticket from the Sheriff.
* Please don't leave your entry unit unattended.
* All participants riding on/in any moving vehicle should be anchored, seat belted and/or have something to hold on to.
Check in the day of at the tent marked PARADE on Hwy 101 to obtain your parade position number and to be sure that your entry is included.
* Late applications are accepted subject to space availability and will be lined up as they are received.
