The Barre Standard Membership Cancellation Form
Please use this form to submit your Membership Cancellation request and review all policies below.

Suspension Policy:
Monthly unlimited members may suspend their account 2x per year for a minimum of 2 weeks per suspension. Accounts can be suspended for a maximum of 4 weeks per 12-month period. Special circumstances may be given for injuries and pregnancies. A suspension request must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to the suspension start date. Suspension requests are NOT accepted over the phone or in-studio. Intro Month and class package memberships are not eligible for suspensions.

Cancellation Policy:
Monthly unlimited membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations are accepted after the 3 month commitment period has been fulfilled. Requests are NOT accepted over the phone or in-studio. You cannot cancel your membership while it is on hold/suspended. The Barre Standard does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended membership.
