Knife Skills
Join us for a morning of basic to intermediate knife skills and chick fabrication at Arizona Culinary Institute Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 9:00am-1:00pm. The cost of the course is $50. This includes full morning activities, and all supplies required. This workshop will address the Culinary Arts Technical Standard 7.0 Interpret Food Preparation Techniques 7.1 Identify and demonstrate standardized knife cuts. Professional Development hours will be provided. This event is co-sponsored by FCCLA and FACS Ed. Maximum registration of 20 participants.
