We are excited for Chillits this year! 鉁ㄢ湪鉁ㄢ湪
The incredible circle of tipis are fundamental to Chillits at Black Oak Ranch and聽provide a backdrop for the incredible vibe of the music-focused event. They also underscore the artistry and love that flows throughout every aspect of the weekend. 馃挆 They offer additional spaces for solace, ceremony, reflection, remembrance, insight, fun, joy, and so much more.... all dependent on those that dedicate their creativity, skill, and time to creating and managing those spaces.聽聽
In 2026, we will be carefully selecting Tipi Jockeys (TJs) to help balance artistry and resources, and with awareness on minimizing the management of overall volunteer staff. We aim to ensure the safety and enjoyment among all participants, while maximizing the talents of the Chillits community at large.
We welcome new artists as well as those that have jockeyed tipis in the past. We hope that this opportunity can be shared broadly to help diversify the artistry and collaborations across all spectrums of the community.

To submit your tipi vision:
Step 1:聽聽Complete this submission form ASAP. The form can include questions and incomplete visions that can be discussed with the tipi coordinator. All ideas will be considered! The final date to submit the form and be considered as a Tipi Jockey for the 2026 event is聽May 31, 2026.聽
Step 2:聽聽Set up a call with the tipi coordinator. The call will be an important time to answer questions and brainstorm solutions to any challenges to the vision.聽

Tipi selections aim to be finalized no later than mid-June (TBD) in order to allow for ample time for planning and preparation among all Tipi Jockeys and Chillits Planners.
