Drop-off and pick-up times:

  • All boarding pick-ups and drop-offs must fall within the times listed below, to ensure that we do not have too many dogs and cats in our lobby at the same time, and to give our staff time to adequately prepare boarding areas for new arrivals.
  • Should you not be able to pick up or drop off during the designated times listed below, then please inform our reception team and we can consult on accommodation. 
  • If you would like to drop off your pet outside of these PM hours there may be an additional $100 late check-in fee for any drop-off past 4 PM- 5 PM

Monday- Friday   9:00 AM- 12:00 PM  &  2:00 PM- 4:00PM

Saturday  9 AM-12 PM only


Boarding rates: 

 Our boarding fees are charged per day, not per night or hourly. 

  • Cats                                                                                          $30.00 per day
  • Dogs                                                                                         $55.00 per day
  • Pets needing medications or treatments                             $6 per day additional
Eligible medications - oral medications, topical medications, vitamins/supplements (excludes probiotic supplements taken in food and flea/tick prevention medication. We will NOT charge additional for the administration of these two items. 

Any subcutaneous medications are not applicable and will need to be considered a medical boarder so our trained veterinary technicians can administer dosing. 
  • Additional walks/ extended walks                                     $10.00 additional per day
  • Holiday boarding                                                                  $30.00 additional  per holiday date
  • Medical boarding is available for guests with more complex medical problems such as diabetes or heart failure.  Medical boarders are cared for by our trained veterinary technicians throughout their stay and get dedicated individual care. Owners of geriatric pets may also chose our medical boarding option for their pet. Please call for pricing

**Holiday boarding fee will be applied to the following: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

  • We require flea prevention-otherwise will be administered at the owner’s expense
  • If this will be your pet’s first time receiving the vaccinations required for boarding, the booster will be required 3-4 weeks after the first vaccination excluding Rabies and Rabies PureVax.
  • Petvacx is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items while boarding
