The Four Seasons Conservancy (FSC) is a charitable land trust with more than a thousand members centred in Deep River and mandated to enhance recreational trails and appreciation of the environment and nature in our locality. 

The privilege of using Conservancy-posted land requires your membership. This is free; the Conservancy is supported solely by donations and run by volunteers. Travel permission is only for non-motorized travel that is essentially non-polluting, undamaging, and consistent with the ethos of nature conservation.

Please complete the attached “Non-Voting Membership Application/Waiver” form to become a lifetime member. Legally you will be trespassing on the private land posted by FSC until you do.

I, whose full name appears as attached to this form, do hereby apply for and agree to accept free, non-voting membership in the Four Seasons Conservancy (FSC), a registered, non-profit, charitable organization. [Parents or legal guardians must originate this form on behalf of those they are responsible for.]



I understand that such membership is a condition for being permitted to travel on the private land so-posted by FSC, and that such permission is only for non-motorized travel that is essentially non-polluting, undamaging and consistent with the ethos of nature conservation.



I absolve the FSC, its subsequent embodiments, its officers and members, of any blame or
liability for harm or loss to me or my property, howsoever caused, or for harm or loss caused by me to others, whilst I am travelling on any such aforementioned private land. I also similarly
absolve the landowner(s) of this land. These conditions shall be binding on my successors, heirs and assigns.
My non-voting membership in FSC will begin on the date my application is received by FSC and approved by any current director. The FSC board of directors reserves sole discretion to reject any application or revoke any membership. I understand I may resign/withdraw by informing the FSC at the above address(es).

I have obtained all clarification necessary for me to understand and consent fully to the above
 membership conditions.
