Service Level Agreement (SLA) Blackboard Support is staffed from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 hours for a response. Requests received after hours or on a holiday will receive a response on the next business day. We will make every effort to ensure timely completion of your request. Please keep in mind that there are certain high volume times during the semester. To ensure timely completion of your request, please provide as much information as possible including usernames and course IDs where applicable.
