Our standard return policy is in place. Returns are FREE* . We want to ensure that your purchasing experience is fun, easy, and risk-free.

*Exceptions:

Event/promo priced items marked as "Final Sale" (shoes listed at 50% off, apparel marked at 30% off). These items are not eligible for return.

Event/promo priced items marked as "Restrictions Apply" (shoes listed at 30% off) are eligible for Store Credit Only on return.

(Any charges for shipping are nonrefundable)

RETURNS
Returns are free. We'll gladly accept returns on merchandise in its original new/unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Just submit a return request and we'll send you an email with the return shipping label for qualifying requests.

Side note: we suggest shoes be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. As long as shoes and tabs are sent back in their original condition and packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price of the unworn item(s) to your original payment method used. Free return shipping provided for U.S. customers only. Upgraded or international shipping charges cannot be refunded. International customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Clearance/final-sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
We want you to find the perfect fit, and to help speed up the process we actually don’t do exchanges in the typical sense of the word. It just takes too long to get the item you want (imagine all the shipping and processing time) and we run the risk of no longer having your item in stock during this wait.

If you would like to exchange for a different size, color or style, complete a return request by following the returns process above, and place a new order for the item that you would like to try next. This will ensure that your item is in stock and will ship as quickly as possible without waiting for a return/exchange to be processed.

GROWTH SPURT GUARANTEE®
We've introduced the first-ever, Growth Spurt Guarantee®. If your child has a growth spurt within 30 days from receipt of confirmed delivery of your shoes you'll get 50% off the full retail price of the same style and color in the next size up. This policy applies to shoes that have already been worn, and because of that would not be accepted for refund under our return policy. Check out our Growth Spurt Guarantee® for more details.
