Individuals who have experienced or witnessed racism, harassment, or conduct that is contrary to the ALAO Core Beliefs and Community Agreements (
) or who have concerns about such matters may address these concerns directly with the individual who has engaged in the conduct if they so choose, but they are not required to do so.
Individuals may also raise their concerns with the moderator of the event and/or use this reporting form.
This issue will be taken seriously and the form will be forwarded to the Diversity Committee Chair/s and the current ALAO President. If you have a preference as to who will communicate with you regarding your incident, please list their name here (
