The Lamborghini of prime ribs: a dry-aged Painted Hills prime rib. Worth. Every. Penny. Cut and tied, unless otherwise specified.

PRIME RIB, $16 per lb.
These are grade Painted Hills Choice or higher prime ribs for your holiday table, with consistent marbling. Cut and tied, unless otherwise specified.

FRESH TURKEYS, $3.25 per lb.
Available 12-20 lbs. These turkeys all-natural, free range, GMO-free from Mary's Free Range in Northern California. Fresh turkeys are super moist.

SMOKED TURKEYS, $4.75 per lb.
All-natural and free-range, 11-15 lbs. These turkeys are all-natural, free range, and GMO-free from Mary's Free-Range Turkey in Northern California, then brined and smoked at our shop. Super easy to reheat and super delicious.

HAMS
All-natural, from Carlton Farms in Oregon. We sugar-cure, then smoke hams in-house.
BONE-IN HAMS, whole (16-18 lbs.) or half (7-9 lbs.), $4.50/lb.
BONELESS HAMS, 3-5 lbs., $8/lb.
