Use this form to request a renewal of your Whitman College IRB approval. (Starting in 2020, this form is only required for proposals that have received *Full Board* approval. Expedited or exempt approval received in 2020 or later does not expire.)

IRB approval for research evaluated under Full Board Review is good for one year. We encourage you to submit your renewal request 1 month before approval expires.
