Any constituent can bring forward their thoughts about a council topic during the open constituent comments. Each person will have three minutes to share their comment on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone wishing to speak should complete and submit this form must at least one day before the constituent council meeting takes place.

If there are no individuals who have completed the form one day before the meeting, then the chair has the option to allow up to two individuals to complete the form at the meeting to speak. The council members will not respond to the comment during the meeting but may follow up with the topic at another meeting.
