What Must I Do?
To be a member of the cast of ALICE IN WONDERLAND, you MUST be at least 5 years old before or by the day of the audition, participate in the audition process, be chosen for a role in the cast, and depending on the role(s) in which they are cast, be registered for and attend a weekly ballet, pointe, contemporary, tap, and/or AcroFlex/tumbling class (or a Foundations or Foundations equivalent class for those 5-7 years old) at a dance studio of your choice.

Dancers 8 & older, not currently enrolled in a ballet, pointe, contemporary, tap and/or tumbling class, are welcome to audition. While we try to cast as many dancers as we can, there is no guarantee that everyone will receive a part in the show.

Auditions for Morgantown Dance Studio's Spring 2019 production of ALICE IN WONDERLAND will be held on Friday evening, December 14th with make-up auditions to be held on Saturday afternoon, December 22nd.

Please be aware that we cast as many dancers as possible, but we cannot guarantee that everyone who auditions will be cast.

The Day of Your Audition
The day of your audition, please wear appropriate dance attire and bring all applicable footwear (ballet shoes, pointe shoes, tap shoes, etc.)

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled audition time to finalize your registration, receive your audition number, and be prepared and ready to audition.

You will go into the studio as a group and will be spaced out in the room just like in dance class, and will be asked to do moves as a group. You don't have to prepare anything for your audition. Just bring yourself, your best attitude and effort, and your biggest smile - it's going to be fun!
