Your input, patience, hard work, and dedication to the project is what drives the Society to keep the Term Film productions alive. Above all, your experience and feedback is at the core of our understanding on how to make the dynamic, workflow, and collaboration a more enjoyable, productive, and team-building process.
This is why this form exists - for you to submit anonymous comments, suggestions, complaints, and constructive criticism about your time as a term film crew member.
You are free to leave questions unanswered, or skip this form entirely, however we encourage as many detailed responses as possible. We want to understand what we could have done better, as well as what went well this term.
It has been a pleasure to work with you, and to witness the amount of talent we have gathered in one room together. Whether it was your first time on set, or you have years of experience under your belt, it can't be stressed enough that each individual contribution mattered.
