This form is to PLACE AN ORDER with Tartan Axe Boards.

Once the form is filled out, you will receive an e-mailed invoice from our billing department within 2-3 business days. You will then get an e-mail notification when your order ships and a timeframe to expect delivery.

Our current turnaround time is 7-14 business days from the time this order form is submitted.
