A 7-week course, led by Lisa Slater, helping you to reduce stress and get the most out of life. The Mindfulness Made Simple course consists of seven lunchtime sessions, with each week focusing on a different practice so everyone can find their fit! The course is designed to be accessible for everyone with simple techniques anyone can use every day - no previous experience of mindfulness is necessary. The sessions will help cultivate mindful awareness and help participants acquire a greater appreciation and engagement with life. Note, this is not a spiritual 'hippy-dippy' course - no retreats, no uncomfortable situations!
