JYH 200HR TT Application
Please provide as much detail as you can when answering the questions. Once you fill out the application, please submit the $500 deposit and application fee on our website. Once accepted into the program your deposit and the application fee is not refundable and will be applied to towards the tuition. If you are not accepted to the program at this time, your deposit less the $50 application and PayPal fee if applicable will be refunded to you. The full tuition is due no later than 14 days prior to the start of the program and is not refundable after. Partial tuition refunds available with written notice up to 14 days prior to the start of the program. Payment plans are available. Inquire for details.

In order to successfully matriculate from the program you are required to fulfill the following: attendance to all scheduled classes, homework assignments, passing grade the final exam, practicum with JYH mentors/teachers, and teach community class(s).
