Vetting Questionnaire

This is step 2 in the LSCGOVOPP BDP process, please answer these questions to the best of your ability!

List of product(s) and/or service(s) your company provides (must be ready to provide to the federal government immediately) *

Wholesale and Retail pricing (for each product or service) *

Percentage of discount given to your current "best customer" price (for each product or service) *

Labor Category listing (staff requirements and job descriptions) *

Go to GSAAdvantage.gov and search your product or service and provide the SIN (service ID number) associated with it with your response *

Is the company able to support government agency requirements for the product or service you’re offering? (Staffing, product, etc.) *

If not, what processes do you have in place to deliver the requirement? (Resources, partners, etc.) *

Do you have a business development or expansion plan and budget? *

Briefly describe your plan (budget, targets and timeline) *

Do you know what the General Services Administration (GSA) does? (Purpose, goals, operations, etc.) *

What is the company’s average gross yearly revenue the past 3 years? *

Has the company provided goods or services to the federal government? *

Has the company provided goods or services to local or state governments? *

What geographic area or areas can you provide your product or service? *

Are you familiar with consortium's and how they work? *

Do you have a bid writer or team reviewing and responding (writing) to RFI, RFQ and RFPs? *

Will the company require bid writers to prepare their bid proposals? *

Does the company have a sales team and/or business development department? *

This opportunity requires a setup, monthly subscription and activity fee. What amount is the company reasonably expecting to pay? *

A percentage of the awarded contract is paid to The LSC Group, Inc. What is a reasonable percentage to be paid to LSC? *
