Tick Prevention and Control in Columbia County, NY
The Columbia County Department of Health has received grant funding to prepare tick education and prevention resources for the community! If you live, work or play in Columbia County, we invite you to take the following anonymous survey! The survey was developed to collect baseline information from the community regarding tick-related information (i.e., prevention, removal, identification, exposure, transmission, etc.). By participating in this survey, you are helping to assess current knowledge of tick-related information for more efficient allocation of resources. The survey contains 20 questions and should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. We thank you in advance for your participation!
