The NIHR Research Design Service (RDS) Users Survey
If you have used the Research Design Service (RDS) between 1st of April 2018 and 31st March 2019, then we would like to hear from you.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The feedback collected will be used internally by the National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) Central Commissioning Facility (CCF). Only the summary findings of the survey may be used to enhance regional and national RDS, and no confidential information will be used.

This survey is being conducted by the NIHR CCF as part of the annual monitoring process. The aim of the survey is to capture service users' perspective on RDS when applying for the NIHR funding opportunities. It aims to provide a national picture of RDS through its users' feedback on how they felt that their needs were either met or unmet. Subsequently, by monitoring changes in trends of user satisfaction, the aim is to provide recommendations for improvement in service provided to RDS over the new contractual term 2018-2023.
