Thank you for your interest in volunteering with MYReaders!

We are seeking volunteers who are passionate and dedicated to making a difference! Whether it’s championing literacy by reading one-to-one with a child, supporting community events, or helping behind the scenes, there’s a role for everyone.

Volunteers can choose to:

  • Volunteer as volunteer tutor in person at the community.
  • Volunteer as volunteer tutor online via WhatsApp.
  • Support as part of an event crew (e.g., handling booths, managing registration, or logistics).
  • Contribute to events through photography/videography
  • or other specific roles

As part of our child safety guidelines, all our volunteers are required to go through background screening for national identity verification and criminal records.

While we currently do not have any active opportunities, we recruit on a rolling basis and will be in touch when new ones open.
