Vendor fee is $150USD for Islanders; $225 off Island USD. Payment will be required upon acceptance of your application. Further instructions for submitting payment will be provided at that time. Please note that your vendor spot will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.

Refund Policy
All vendor payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, inclement weather, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

All display materials, tables and chairs are the responsibility of the individual vendors. Vendors or vendor representative must be at/near your space at all times during the duration of the event to ensure your items don't get lost or stolen. MV Vibe Fest is not responsible for any item(s) lost or stolen.

Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made via email to mvvibefest@gmail.com. Cancellations made 30 days (or more) before the event are fully refundable. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. In the event of an unforeseen market cancellation due to reasons beyond our control, we will honor vendor registrations and payments towards the next market date.  *
