Letter of Intent for SAISD's Annual Call for Quality Schools 3.0
Thank you for your interest in the Annual Call for Quality Schools. This form must be completed by anyone interested in submitting an application to develop a new school model, redesign an existing school, or revise a previously approved in-district charter. Your response to this letter of intent will give the Office of Innovation the opportunity to provide comprehensive support for all applicants. Completing the letter of intent does not bind your school to submitting a full application.
Due the complexities and uncertainties related to the COVID-19 pandemic, applicants that desire to apply this school year for in-district charter schools that will open in the 2021-22 school year will be limited to a small number of SAISD schools that have been invited to apply through the Annual Call for Quality Schools 3.0. All other applicants are welcome to complete this letter of intent for schools that will apply through the Annual Call for Quality Schools 4.0 (next school year), with the in-district charter school opening in school year 2022-23, if approved.
