This is an extra-special market as we celebrate SEVEN YEARS of Sunny Side Up Market! We’ll be bringing the holiday magic to Downtown Fort Lauderdale with a festive waterfront market, and we want our vendors to be part of making it special. 💛

✨ PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING ✨

• Confirm your availability BEFORE applying. A lot of time and care goes into reviewing applications and curating our vendor lineup.
• DO NOT APPLY if you do not plan on responding to emails or attending the event.
• Communication is required. Vendors who do not respond in a timely manner will lose their spot.
• Accepted vendors are expected to actively promote the market on social media.

🎁 HOLIDAY + ANNIVERSARY REQUIREMENTS

• Each vendor if they can provide 100 small items for our attendee gift bags. This can be a sample, small product, coupon, branded item, or other business-related goodie.
• Vendors are required to decorate their booth for the holidays! Think festive, fun, elevated, and on-brand. 🎄✨
• Please keep all holiday décor professional and consistent with our overall market presentation standards.

💨 IMPORTANT SETUP REQUIREMENTS

• HEAVY TENT WEIGHTS ARE MANDATORY — THIS LOCATION CAN BE VERY WINDY.
• NO STAKING INTO THE GROUND.
• No food trucks are permitted at this location.
• Food tents ARE allowed.
• WHITE TENTS OR MARKET UMBRELLAS ONLY. No colored tents.

SPACES – ALONG THE RIVERWALK (WATERFRONT)

These vendor spaces are located directly along the Riverwalk overlooking the water.

• A tent is NOT required for spaces covered by the bridge
• If you choose to bring a tent, it must be properly weighted according to market requirements
• Up to 15 vendors can be accommodated in the waterfront area
• Some vendors will be placed on the two patio areas
• Patio vendors do not need a tent
• A market umbrella is highly encouraged for patio spaces to create shade and an elevated display

✨ As always, all tables, umbrellas, signage, displays, and booth décor should follow Sunny Side Up Market’s presentation standards.

You do not need to upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) or food license with this application.

If you are accepted, you will be asked to provide your current COI and, if applicable, your food license and any required permits.

Please be prepared to submit all required documents promptly upon acceptance. Your spot will not be confirmed until the required documentation is received and approved.
