This quiz is to be completed after reading the dance studio rules and regulations document and must be passed at least once each academic year.

In order to make use of dance studio space, this quiz must be completed and passed, receiving at least 28 out of 30 points. Only the director(s)/leader(s) of any organizations must complete the quiz. It is the responsibility of the director(s)/leader(s) to communicate the studio space rules and regulations to the rest of the group. This quiz is important for those using the Dance Department spaces to understand how the spaces are to be utilized and used properly.

You will receive a response following your submission of the quiz and will be given the opportunity to retake the quiz if you don't receive 29 out of 31 points. The use of the space is dependent upon you receiving at least 29 out of 31 points on the quiz.
