Wicomico County Department of Recreation, Parks & Tourism Special Event Rental Use Application/Agreement
This application is intended for any and all special event park rentals that are open to the public. Special Events include Festivals, Concerts, Car Shows, Tournaments, 5K's, Walks, etc. anything that is an open invite to the public.
Birthday parties, Church Picnics, Family Reunions are considered private pavilion rentals.

Services and Fees: County can provide the following at Organizer's Expense. What do you anticipate needing?

Park Pavilion (ranges from $160-$250 per day depending on location)
Additional Park Space for Special Events (this is any area around park outside of pavilion area) - $150/per day.
Facility Supervisor / Site Manager (may be required for over 250 people) $18/hour
Facility Repair Labor (only if damage is caused by your event) - $20/hour
Electrician Labor (required for Electric Install) - $35/hour
Deputy Sheriff(s) - (may be required for over 500 people) - $60/hour
Electric - Primary Panel (400 Amp Panel) - $275/panel
Electric - Secondary Panel (100 Amp Panel) - $225/panel
Portable Toilets (1 per 150 people) - $90/unit
Additional Trash Cans (1 per 50 people) - $5/unit
Snow Fence Installation (100 ft sections) - $150/per 100 ft.
Dumpster (required for 1,000+ people) - $150/per
Maintenance Repair Supplies (as required) - Varies

Deposit and Payment Requirements
The organizer must pay a non-refundable 50% deposit by cash or check, plus any applicable fees noted in this agreement. The deposit is due upon signing this agreement.
Balance is due 30 days prior to event. If additional fees are incurred the Organizer will be billed after the rental.
