This contract is for floor/booth space only. It DOES NOT include floor coverings (required for all booths 10'x20' and larger), furniture, signage, water, electric, gas, or any other items necessary to exhibit your products or services. Copies of contracts for these services will be included in a separate exhibitor packet sent in follow-up to the signed contract. These services are not provided by the MBA - see outside service contractor packets for Wisconsin State Fair Park and Valley Expo & Displays.
Space reservations must be made using this online application. All information must be complete. A minimum of 50% of the basic booth fees (does not include corner fees or height variance) must be submitted to the MBA immediately following submission of the contract in order for the MBA to officially reserve space for your company. No refunds will be given, and all monies deposited will be forfeited, regardless of cause. ALL DESIGNATED AISLE END CAPS WILL BE RESERVED FOR BOOTHS THAT ARE 10'X20' OR LARGER UNTIL SEPTEMBER 6, 2017 and all corner booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. These booths will remain intact until September 6, 2017 (i.e. will not be split into smaller sized individual booth spaces until after this date). Balance of contract is due by November 3, 2017.
THIS AGREEMENT dated (date provided by date and time stamp based on submission of contract via this Google form) by and between the Metropolitan Builders Association, N16 W23321 Stone Ridge Drive, Waukesha, WI 53188 and the Exhibitor named below by applicant. If applicant's membership with the MBA is not in good standing, this application will be placed on hold and no exhibit space will be reserved until the membership is in good standing.
