BBHHS Band Absence Request Form 2021-2022
Requests must be completed BY A PARENT and be submitted two weeks in advance.

Approved requests that meet the two-week deadline will be assumed approved.

Excused absences are the same as those outlined in the BBHHS Band Handbook and those outlined by the High School

If the request is less than two weeks in advance email Mr. Ciulla and have the student see Mr. Ciulla to explain.

Except for emergency circumstances, any requests submitted later than the absence is unexcused.

Requests made in a timely manner will be answered with a response from Mr. Ciulla.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a request for an excused absence. Filling out the form does not automatically grant the excused absence. Attendance at all rehearsals and performances are mandatory and graded. Students and families are only excused under legitimate and specific circumstances at the discretion of the directors.
