Instructions to the chef.
To keep the quote accurate for your client, please build the quote based on the final amount you would like to receive for the meal prep, including everything. You can do a simple estimated quote, or base it on your estimated time, however, it is important to understand that this quote is what the customer will be paying at the end of services unless something not discussed is provided and agreed upon upfront. This completed form will be converted into a summary or an event contract emailed to the client for reference by all parties. Keep in mind that your earnings will be 80% of the quoted amount.
QUOTE: What is your total dollar flat fee quote for this appointment?

If meal prep: Include in the quote the time for completing the cooking, and any other items and services you will provide for your customer.

Upon submission, we will take care of collecting any additional charges beyond the initial pre-payment.

If event: Include the quote for completing the event, shopping services if required, and any other items and services you will provide for your client.

Upon agreement, the client will be asked to deposit 50% of this quote up to 4 weeks before the event, pay in full up to 2 weeks before the event pay in full right away.
