Registration form: FKB - hygienic testing
The KRTP offers FKB each spring. We provide liquid nitrogen and labour to freeze two patches of brood per colony. The beekeeper is required to take pictures of the frozen patches exactly 24 hours later and send them to the KRTP to complete the assessment process.

We can start as early as May 6th. It's recommended to let the post-winter population dynamics balance out as much as possible before testing, thus May 15th to May 30th is likely the ideal period – colony size and weather dependent.
