LOCATED IN WASHINGTON STATE, NOT KANSAS! You would be surprised how many people think KC Freeze means Kansas City. Now that we have that cleared up, let's make sure you know what you are filling out.

You are filling out for a form for a PUBLIC event :
*a fair, festival, car show, etc. A place that you do not personally know everyone
*a REQUEST for a quote or to book a date. Both require filling out this form.
*any event that the public is allowed to attend in a public place 
* any event attendees are expected to pay for their own treats

FILLING OUT THE FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE BOOKING. Confirmation and deposit is also required

Just FYI we rarely do public events that aren't paid for by a host becaue they rarely profit well.

Due to rising costs to operate a food truck we typically are not interested in events that have a food vendor fee but sometimes it's sensible, so let us know!

Best to pay deposit immediately to reserve dates. Summer always fills up quickly. 50% deposit at time of booking to reserve your spot. 50% at time of service (either cash or credit). Non-refundable but can be transferred.
