Woodfired Pizza Classes -                with Frankie G
Learn the ins-and-outs of your woodfired oven and how to make pizza like a boss. Our personal workshop is fun, informative, and delicious. The class takes place at YOUR woodfired oven. Let Frankie G help you understand how to make the most of your oven. This class is for any outdoor oven that uses wood as fuel. If you have an Ooni, Gozney, Rocbox, or any other Propane oven, you will want to go PROPANE OVEN CLASSES. This class is for woodfired ovens and concentrates workings of a woodfired oven and pizza cooked in it. $675 / for 2 people. (more can come at the end to eat)

What we do:
  • We bring everything except wood for oven
  • All menus and classes are customized to client
  • We teach with a very hands-on method

Our Woodfired Class provides enough dough for 12 pizzas (including mistakes). Class includes the classic Margherita, and Marinara pizzas. Please make 3 other pizza choices below. We will provide food and toppings for any 3 choices from the following pizza flavors: *

Client (that's you) will provide DRY wood for oven fuel (starter and cooking wood), weather protection (shade, or rain protection), working outlet or grounded extension cord within 3 feet of oven. Can you please confirm? *
