Learn the ins-and-outs of your woodfired oven and how to make pizza like a boss. Our personal workshop is fun, informative, and delicious. The class takes place at YOUR woodfired oven. Let Frankie G help you understand how to make the most of your oven. This class is for any outdoor oven that uses wood as fuel. If you have an Ooni, Gozney, Rocbox, or any other Propane oven, you will want to go

Our Woodfired Class provides enough dough for 12 pizzas (including mistakes). Class includes the classic Margherita, and Marinara pizzas. Please make 3 other pizza choices below. We will provide food and toppings for any 3 choices from the following pizza flavors:
