PE 1-2: A variety of sports, conditioning,
running, exercise.
Swimming: Students will walk to the city pool 3
times a week to learn or improve current swimming skills. The other 2 days will
include physical fitness activities outside the water, similar to PE 1-2.
AJROTC: US Army Junior Reserve Officer Training
Course include learning about leadership, practicing physical fitness,
drilling, archery, etc. Students who enroll in AJROTC will take two periods
their freshman year.
Dance- Stretching, yoga, dance, light weight
