PLEASE READ:
The parade will begin at 2:00 p.m. Entrants should find their assigned assembly area beginning at 12:00 p.m. (noon) for parade line-up. The parade will last approximately an hour and a half. Please complete this registration form, and then mail in the required fee to the following address:

Fees must be received within 7 business days of submitting this form, or you will not be registered.

ALL REGISTRATION FORMS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY AUGUST 25th. If not received by this date you will not be included in program and your float will be at the end of the parade.
