Hi folks, it took me longer than I expected but I finally have things together on the memorabilia so that we can all continue to take Maddy with us in a small way as we live our lives & adventures.

Please fill this out even if you filled out the last one, as I was trying to get an idea for interest with the last survey instead of take orders

I ordered lots of Maddy patches, pins, and stickers to get things going. I will work to first accommodate everyone's requests with what I have, and if we run out I can work with people to order additional quantities.

I wanted to do this and chose to self fund up front - I am giving those away to those who love Maddy.
If you feel able, please consider donating to the Maddy's Legacy Fund or perhaps a cause that you & him shared passion for.
