My name is Jess Corvo! I am an Ironman athlete and licensed Group Fitness Instructor. I hold 4 licenses with the Zumba family! (ZIN/SYNC ID:1711280). My virtual offerings include STRONG (SBZ), Zumba Kids (ages 7-11), Zumba Kids Jr (ages 4-6), CORE (110% mat work) and Bootcamp Jr (for my athletically advanced kids). Prior to virtual classes, I taught strength & conditioning with a corporate gym at 11 locations across Chicago. I LOVE LOVE LOVE all workouts but STRONG holds a special place in my heart! STRONG is the BEST body resistance HIIT workout in the world! Seriously! No Equipment = No Excuses!
