SBTi Financial Institutions Standard and Guidance Feedback Form

Providing feedback

This form allows you to provide feedback on both:

- the SBTi Financial Institutions Near-Term Guidance V2.0 published in May 2024 

- the SBTi Financial Institutions Net-Zero Standard V1.0 published in July 2025 and the supporting project milestones.  The objectives, scope, deliverables, and timeline of the project are available in the Project Terms of Reference on the project website. 

Important information for form users

Please use this form to provide comments on either the guidance or the Standard or any of the supporting  documents released as part of the  Financial Institutions Net-Zero Standard Version 1.0 project. Users are welcome to submit the form more than once, for each different topic raised. If you wish to submit attachments or if you have technical issues in submitting the form, please email fi_consultations@sciencebasedtargets.org using the heading 'Project Feedback Form'. 

All feedback will be considered. We may reach out for follow up or provide responses to feedback as necessary.

Please note that this form is intended to gather feedback throughout the project and IS NOT a complaints form. Complaints should be directed to standardscomplaints@sciencebasedtargets.org. For public consultations, stakeholders should submit feedback via the relevant public consultation survey once it's live.

Please note that all submitted information and data will be treated with respect for your privacy in compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

We collect, handle, and safeguard the information provided within with Feedback Form in the following way:

- The data collected is used exclusively for the purpose of this project feedback mechanism, including the evaluation and analysis of submissions.

- Your personal data will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information without your explicit consent.

- We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We are committed to maintaining the security and integrity of all data collected.

- We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this project feedback mechanism, unless a longer retention period is necessary for legitimate research purposes.

- Any information or data from that is published based on submissions will be anonymized.
