Thursday Afternoon Junior Bridge Club on RealBridge 4.15pm - 6.15pm
Please complete this form if you would like to join Thursday Afternoon Junior Bridge Club on RealBridge. A parent will need to email me, Richard Croot: richard.croot@ebedcio.org.uk to provide consent before you can go on the mailing list. My email address can be found on Contacts on the EBED website.

The club will meet every Thursday unless it is a Bank Holiday. You will be sent the link on the Tuesday before the event starts. The event is strictly for young people (up to Year 13). All of the directors have undergone DBS checks and safeguarding training. No other adults will be present at any of the tables (it is not like the Generation Game). It is best if you arrange to turn up with a partner but this is not essential.

If you have just started to learn the game or have only had a taster session, do join the MiniBridge Club, otherwise, join the Bridge Club. You do not need to tell us if you are going to play or not on any particular day. You can turn up at any time up until 5:30pm. You will be able to summon a director if you would like advice about how a hand should have been played.

Conduct on RealBridge:
1) I will never suggest that someone should leave a table so that I can play with my friends or other people. I will never leave a table myself in order to play with other people without the consent of the director. If you want to play with your friends, talk to the director and wait until they arrive or until the director has named the seats for you.
2) I will greet others in a friendly manner.
3) I will make bridge enjoyable for myself, my partner and my opponents.
4) I will give credit when opponents make a good bid or play.
5) I will ensure that my mobile phone is turned off.
6) I will enjoy the company as well as the game.
7) I will not criticise my partner or opponents.
8) I will not gloat over a good result.
9) I will be considerate and supportive to those who are less experienced at bridge than I am.
10) I will always be polite.
